Roasted Cauliflower Gratin with Tomatoes and Goat Cheese by Martha Rose Shulman

Like many of the Comments noted the recipe is for a quite small 9×9 baking dish. The above is double the recipe and I used 5 eggs, 6-7 ounces of goat cheese and added parmesan cheese on top before baking. I’ve made it twice and it’s super easy and delicious.
